The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Jakub Stachowiak kust. hereinafter referred to as “Jakub Stachowiak kust.”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the Jakub Stachowiak kust. website, mobile website, or telephone (jointly referred to as ”kuststore.com”).
Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
The inclusion of any products or services on kuststore.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on kuststore.com at the time you place your order.
Jakub Stachowiak kust. want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services run like a clockwork. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at kuststore.com include the statutory Value Added Tax and worldwide delivery charge.
3. Ordering/conclusion of contract
The ordering options available to you are via kuststore.com
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact Jakub Stachowiak kust. Customer Service who will settle the refund (contact)
Jakub Stachowiak kust. exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange underwear. This means that all underwear sales are final. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before finalizing the sale. If you have any product questions, for example: sizing – or have any issues with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact with your enquiry.
We do however accept exchanges and refunds on t-shirts and accessories;
You may exchange your garment for any item of choice (subject to availability).

The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
You notify us to exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods.
The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
How to exchange/Refund
Request your return authorization number by emailing contact within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund.
Once your refund/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your number
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
We will provide you with a refund on full-priced t-shirt and accessories
The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached .
The items have not been worn, damaged or washed .
You notify us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt .
The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided .
The items are faulty (unless caused by you) .
Your items received are different to the goods you have ordered .
We do not refund original shipping fees.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund underwear. Unless deemed faulty. In this case please follow the steps above.
Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Polish Consumer Law.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us – remember to ask for a sending receipt, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have a proof you have sent it.
When you return your order, please remember to put your returns note (which you can download here) in the parcel.
It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to us in Poland, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Once we receive your return we will make the refund via the original payment method within 3 working days.

6. Payment methods
You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.
Credit card or Payment card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or payment card (with a VISA or Mastercard logo). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your credit/payment card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. Please note that applicable bank charges will be borne by you.
When paying by PayPal, the applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Jakub Stachowiak kust. reserves the right to deny any purchase.
You will receive the legally required invoice in your parcel.
7. Our Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on kuststore.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Jakub Stachowiak kust. abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided pre-printed return form.
9. Customs and import charges
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Custom policies and import duties vary from country to country, hence Jakub Stachowiak kust. has no control over them and cannot provide information on their cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
11. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as kust. trademark and copyrights at kuststore.com remain with Jakub Stachowiak kust. and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of kuststore.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Jakub Stachowiak kust.
